β β β β β The lady working at the Canada Post desk was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I normally don't mind if staff are more chill, but it felt like she went out of her way to be rude. Pretty disappointing, it has to take a lot for me to write a negative review.

P.s. if you are using Canada post, never expect home delivery. They just pretend that it is a service that they offer.

β β β β β Very small store. Line up. Matter of fact staff. Located in the Town Center on Bernard in downtown Kelowna. Won't be going here again. Plenty of other locations.

β β β β β Very not up to date with the current protocols. Took over 20 minutes trying to help me but a whipping level, and couldnβt do it. I decided to go to a different location because it had been so long, and it was seamless at the other location. Not kind, and the comments from the employee made me feel stupid. Is this not a service, is that not your job to help the customer unaware of shipping order? Waste of my time. Never will come back.

Do your business in other locations if you can!
The Orchard mall branch is much helpful.
Both of the ladies are unwelcomingΨ impatient, and are not courteous.
It's unfortunate to see these amounts of unsatisfied customers and comments are being ignored, and they continue to run a business in the heart of the beautiful Kelowna.

β β β β β Canada post, knowing they are holding your package hostage for COD charges, refuse to take credit card because they need to save on their transaction fee. Terribly way to cut costs and further annoy customers.

β β β β β Generally this post office is great. But their hours are most often not updated online. Have come multiple times over the year on days that the Google listing says they are open, but each time myself as well as others are caught at the locked door with a piece if paper taped to the it with their actual current hours. Very frustrating... especially for older ones, those who walk or have to go out of their way and brave the weather.

β β β β β Literally the rudest people ever work here.
They make everything 10x more difficult and act like youβre an inconvenience to them every time you go there: never had such horrible service.
The ladies who work there have been so rude and act annoyed they even have to do their job when you come in. They do this to everyone I saw a lady leave upset because of how difficult they act to everyone there. Itβs like they donβt even want you to be there and make it next to impossible for you to even do simple things like mail a package.
