★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damaged a door at the beginning of March. Gave me the run around until the end of April. Charged me shipping to delivery the damaged item, and charged me shipping to replace the item. Paid out $100.00 on a $500+ loss.
I'm now out $500 for the replacement item, $500 for the damaged item, and over $100 in shipping for the inconvenience. Will never ship with ACE again. Poor customer service throughout the entire experience. Ship with someone else because these guys have no accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACE ruined a $500 product. Then charged me shipping for the item they ruined, and shipping for the replacement part. Then decided that they were only go to pay $100 towards the item they ruined. DO NOT SHIP ACE. No accountability. Got the run around for several weeks. Multiple unreturned phone calls. Poor service, poor policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ace courier are great! They always got my back for years. Living in revelstoke is great but not easy to get stuff to run my buisness. Good thing ace courier is there, fast and efficient services.
Is it always perfect? Come on now, nothing is but this is as good as it get. If you need something shipped or pick up quick use ace courier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the first call with Mohammed to get a quote, to dispatch, accounting to pay and then the actual delivery, Ace was fantastic. They made getting decking material from North Vancouver to Kelowna super easy, affordable and fast. The driver was awesome! I would use again and definitely recommend. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like arts and crafts (and have tons of spare glue) I highly recommend this company. Legos don't even come in this many pieces!! If Ace's goal is to break your package then they deserve 5 stars. Insurance coverage? Never heard of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service, I’ve called multiple times and spoken to multiple people all have been very hard to deal with and have attitude. I took the day off work waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be here today and now they are telling me they don’t feel comfortable bringing it on my dirt road even though I only used them in the first place because they said it would be no problem. Now I have to go rent a vehicle to pick these snow machines up which is going to cost me more money.
Also, the shipment is 3 days late this has just been a really terrible experience and the last time I’ll be using this company.

Our driver is very friendly as is the office staff. Our parcels are arriving in record time and they have been very dependable.
Keep up the good work. I would highly recommend Ace for all freight.
