From the staff at the front desk to the nurses providing consultation and immunizations, they were all incredibly friendly, funny, welcoming, and beyond helpful. Admittedly, I was not very organized at all with my vac records, and am quite fearful of needles. The team worked together to have my vac records faxed from a private clinic in Vancouver and provided me with a new, clean, organized, travel record booklet that the nurse filled out for me at the end. They spent all the time needed to help me understand, and I didn't feel rushed.
Thank you to everyone at this clinic, I'll be sure to recommend your team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had to plan a trip and going out of the country is very intimidating for me. The Travel Clinic was incredibly helpful and friendly to me, from the conversation on the phone in planning the best time to go to the meeting. Then meeting the receptionist, nurse and doctor. The doctor was so informative, professional, kind. The nurse was equally professional and fast. I have never been afraid of needles but getting 5 within 10 minutes was a little frightening. She let me play music to help distract me and was very good. It barely hurt. She encouraged me to stay and afterwards made sure I was okay to drive. This clinic in Capri Mall is great. They make sure you are safe before you take off on a trip! It's awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carol of Capri was amazing when my wife wanted to travel to France for the funeral of both of her parents. Time was of the essence. Carol got the best deal for my wife out of Vancouver flying Air France direct. When Air France cancelled the flight the next day, Carol, working on a Sunday for us, got my wife a Vancouver-Montreal Air Canada flight to connect with Air France there. Bear in mind, my wife was scheduled to leave that Sunday afternoon!
Carol went above and beyond the call of duty to get a flight for us that was within our means at one of the most difficult times in history to travel.
