★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment for PCR test for my parents, which I called and reconfirmed 3 days before the appointment! On the day of appointment Shannon from front desk called me saying so sorry "The appointment is cancelled" ! My Parents had to catch an international flight next day to attend a funeral back home. Because of the last minute cancelation, I wasn't able to get a PCR test on time and had to pay $1500 for the ticket amendment. Tried to speak to the owner of the clinic, but those rude and neglected girls at front desk never transferred the call ! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO FLY ON TIME AND DON'T WANT TO PAY EXTRA ON AIRFARE !
