Terrible service, maybe pick up calls with an actual good attitude, called for a 3090 white and was greeted with a silence, while I asked hello I’m calling for… the product I mentioned above, while I asked all my questions I was getting really nice informative one liners which include the best tone I’ve ever see in a employee “noo…” “ nooooppee” “nah” that was all the employee said when I asked on him elaborating on why I couldn’t order one in for my build he simply responded with “no” that’s a really good answer for the question I asked. Would u guys like me to come in a run the phones for you? I mean I’ll be great at delivering one liners… I literally asked the employee can he find me such card at another store, he replied with a “nope”……… 1 call, 9 one liners, 1 idiot and definitely my first and last time calling this joke of a “Canada computers store”

Based on just the one visit I made there: place is well organized, clean, staff are nice. Bought a computer case, easy in and out. Will go again if I need some computer component.

The service group at Barrie’s Canada Computers is the best I have ever dealt with. I use this team as support for my Day job in IT, bringing in systems to diagnose, repair and refurbish. I have found them to be honest, fair and reliable in their assessment and service.

I purchased a power supply online for pickup in the store (Barrie). After two days I called to see if I could pickup. I was told it would be ready in an hour. I arrived at the store, 3 customers, 1 cashier, 1 associate assisting a customer and 3 associates having a conversation (personal). The associate that was assisting another customer asked if he could help. When I commented that I was there to pickup a power supply, he asked one of the other 3 to help. One did, and after about 20 minutes I was finally able to leave with the power supply. I appreciate that the order was only 45.00, but, I could be in the market for something else, that is a lot more money, very poor service.

Edit: Still after years of shopping here I've never had a bad expérience and Graham showed me that the store is all about the customers satisfaction and not about the money you spend. Always Quality and honest workers there ready to serve you! -‐------------------------------------------------------------- I buy most of my stuff here. Always very knowledgeable. They always prevent me from spending unnecessary money on computer parts. This is why I keep my business here. When it comes to repairs, they had to repair my cooling system. Since they couldn't get the part in time, they took it out their own inventory to make it up. They also respect mask medical exemption which is very important for me.

Employees are great and customer oriented, unfortunately cannot give 5 stars because their displays are with the bare minimum, a lot of their laptops in stock are not in display. Even more the employees encourage you to first visit the website and just arrive to pickup or with the item already selected to just go and get it from the storage. That may work as a COVID protocol to not clean items particularly on items like headsets and mics, but not when you are looking and comparing laptops.

Bought an Open Box MSI RS with a 2070 Super 8Gb 16Gb RAM Z490 etc and can say as a first time purchase I am ecstatic. Not only is this PC capable of playing games better than any prior console I’ve owned, it’s easy to monitor the temps and record/livestream with Geforces applications. It’s an appealing design with a simple removable magnetic vent cover on top to allow extra air flow when needed. I drove down from Sudbury to pick up an order and was GOING to open the box and check to make sure it posted. I ended up having a brief but trustful conversation with two associates that checked me out and thankfully I’ve had zero issues in the few days i’ve been running tests and getting everything setup. 4/5 as you have no locations any closer to me and there was a moment of awkwardness when i walked in for a first timer. BUT it took less than 10 minutes to have returns explained, cash out, and get to a washroom before heading back on the road.

Great place good stock available and everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I went in for a few things walked out with a ton of stuff. They had better prices than anywhere else including Amazon. I will definitely use these guys/gals again. 5 stars from me, keep up the good work.
