Spent over 200.00 on something I normally spend 80.00 on as my regular hair dresser was off for an illness. Then your company tells me about the 5 day policy. Offered to do it again and charge again REALLY!!! I am going to post on every social media site. Worst experience ever!!! Never again and I will make sure everyone knows! A bit of advice from a customer service perspective you should always attempt to resolve a customers issue. In my business If we advised a customer sorry will need to charge you again we would not be in business!

Panicked and sent Instagram pics to their account and talked to the super sweet lady at reception. I was told what exact dye I needed to fix my mess and curb side picked it up the next morning! Great service, great staff, so thankful!!

A	Ashley Wetmore-Caissie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I when in to this place to get my, dark grown out ombre hair bleached to a few shades off of platinum blonde, with a shadow root. I may not have mentioned the shadow root at the time of the booking but when I had the consultation with the hair dresser I show her a picture(a few of them) of what I wanted done. She told me that's blond with a shadow root. So she understood what I wanted and I thought that's what I was gunna get. She proceeded to put foil highlights all over my head, making me weary that the brown left out would show. Low and behold it did show through and I have and off colour brown, that's not blonde at the tips of my hair. And to top it all off she didn't put in the shadow root we discussed at all. I said I was happy with the blonde and called it a day cause she obviously wasn't going to put the shadow root in, and she put highlights in when I didn't even ask for them. Called the manager and she basically didn't do anything about this, paid over 200 bucks. And now I'm probably gunna have to fix the ends myself sadly.

After talking with the manager she stated that she had said she wanted highlights so basically called my daughter a liar. After reading other reviews, I'm surprised this place is still open. Will never recommend them and never go back. Poor management and listening skills make for a rotten company. Would have been nice if they at least offered some money back. ??

I have never had a bad experience. The store is always clean, tidy and fully stocked. The salon in the back is very inviting since the recent renovation. I would never go anywhere else to get my hair done. Can't thank them enough !

I was told that their curling irons would be on sale for the week of Boxing Day! I said great and left. I called and left THREE messages to ask if my son or husband could pick up if I paid over the phone. I received no calls returned. My husband went today and said sorry nope it was on sale yesterday no sale today! Just disappointed overall. I have bought so much from this outlet I would have thought they would have honoured what they told me about the BOXING WEEK sale. To top it off the sale person was rude to my husband (he never says anything bad about anything) when he left and I can assure you he would have been very sweet!!
