Disappointing Service by the CBSA new rules at YYC Airport, as they have started closing the doors to the main office. we have to call from outside and sometimes the call hits voicemail for 25-30mins and then if they answer it takes around another 15-20mins for an officier to showup

We attended the Aero Rd location to self clear. We didn't know the terminology and Officer Asiss was extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending throughout are dealings with her. Not to mention rude to the next person as well! I work in emergency services and just because you wear a uniform doesn't give you the right to treat people like sh*t!! Won't deal with her again, will wait for someone who likes their job!

Came in on a Sunday. Only one officer at a desk visibly processing people. About 5-6 others drifting around. I was told β€œdoing behind the scenes work”. No indication given to myself & others about why the delay. No number assigned to you or a board showing progress, so you do not know how long the delay will be or your progress. Given you often have people coming to collect you, it’s very frustrating and costly given they may have to park at airport. This is not the first time I have been held up by Canadian customs and it’s the same as it has been the last couple of years. Very slow with no communication on speed of the line!

If google would allow to rate in minus then i would heartly rate the service as - 10. Waste of money in parking at the YYC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, have to wait more then 1.5 hour just to get the clearance for the goods and when i reached the warehouse they refused to release the goods as it was already time to close. I saw officiers walking around with coffees and when asked about to help me they asked me to call up, which i already did. They close the doors nowadays so wait like 1-2 hour for them to showup and then waste 5-10mins to fill the B3 form. Waste of time & money. If you guys are that much busy, then we as citizens are also busy with our works. Hire more staff, so the work which is done in 5mins is done w/o waste of money & time.

Came here a few times to self clear packages from the US so I didnt have to pay literally hundreds of dollars in brokerage fees. If you bring all your paperwork and your manners you should be in and out quickly. I've never had issues and the agents have always been polite and helpful.

I imported a personal vehicle today, these agents are much more courteous and helpful than the ones at Coutts. Super helpful and professional. GPS finds the place easily. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Some one took the jelly out this ladies doughnut! Unfriendly staff, flat out rude and ignorant on the phone. So much for that good old Canadian cheer!

They are beyond rude and took great pains to make my experience unpleasant and delay me as much as possible. This branch of government is totally inefficient with poor processes. Look south for inspiration. I have better luck in the US as a Canadian citizen.
