O	Otis Dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was terrible. The foreman Gary, refused to cover my hardwood floors while the work was being done. When I complained, his response was "I've seen your floors, it's not like you can eat off them". This is an exact quote, even though pre-construction notes indicated that effected floors would be covered. I'm surprised this company is still in business. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had with a local company, and I've lived in Vancouver for over fifty years.
M	Michael Creston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a strata job Cambridge was hired to do at one of our buildings. Their bid came in the lowest and unfortunately we decided to go with them. Boy do you get what you pay for. Horrible service, they broke stuff in several units and ignored our calls and emails when we tried to talk to them about it. We are still waiting for the job to be completely finished after a year now. Forget about trying to get them to pay for anything they broke too. I would not recommend!

Cambridge finished a week late in a month long job, but thoroughly cleaned my bathroom and tub when they were finished. My new tub and surround look great.

In my suite they opened up the bathroom walls, replaced the tub and shower controls, installed new drywall and shower surround, new tiles, then taped and mudded before painting. Everything was done perfectly and in a timely manner. Eddie, Dinel, Rob and Cristoph especially took extra care to perform their work as well as answering all my questions and concerns and cleaning up at the end of the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or Cambridge, for any plumbing or finishing work.

They did not take my health concerns regards chronic lung issues seriously and i ended up having an exacerbation that required time off from work and a covid test. They did not replace damaged tiles and used grout to cover it up. The paint they used also was inferior to the one i had before. No measurements were taken when they took down the cabinets, luckily i was there when they were put back. they pushed owner to get new faucets through them, and charged owners when they got their own new faucets. i did not replace my shower fixtures, because they were only 5 years old and when they loosened after a short period, they told me "we told you to get new once" instead of tighten them at least once!!! I also believe they did cut corners during the re-piping as i can hear my neighbors bathroom fan in the bedroom. and that started during the renovations!!! i do not recommend this company!!!!

This required opening up walls, sometimes accessing the pipes through the bathroom or behind kitchen cupboards. Throughout the entire, the level of communication with owners/residents was excellent. The project was completed according to the schedule, unexpected challenges were dealt with, walls etc closed in as if nothing had happened. The success of the project was because of the terrific project management, fabulous team, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this company.

They handled everything from installing the new piping to re-painting when they were done. I would highly recommend them for any building considering a re-pipe.

The site supervisor was approachable, readily available for any questions and concerns were addressed immediately. The project from start to finish was done seamlessly and at the end of the work day you would never have known they were here. They were considerate and took extra care while working in suites, the finishing work was top notch, and best of all our residents have both hot and cold water again! Cody and his crew were professional, clean and friendly. They truly went above and beyond for us and we miss seeing them in our hallways! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cambridge Plumbing and in fact have already passed their information along to others.
