★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cambray veterinary services has been our primary care professionals for our previous dogs since we have moved to the area 5 years ago and always performed their duties as doctors to the best of their ability.
My problem is not with the quality of care for the animals but the services
and respect of the customer. We had purchased a 7 week old puppy and made an appointment for a physical, upon arrival my wife and daughter were put in a room and forgot about for 65 minutes with a puppy. At the 45 minute mark they inform my wife that the doctor was in surgery and will be with them soon, so they waited another 20 minutes. At that point they decided to leave and find another veterinary business. At what point do you think the staff at Cambray should have informed my wife that there my be a unknown amount of time before the doctor could see them and if they would like to reschedule for another appointment. Simple common respect and courtesy should have prevailed in this situation. We will not be returning to this business establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The knowledgable and caring staff and their boss, Dr. Lois Batty, are a an amazingly efficient and devoted team.They truly care about the animals they treat and the owners who entrust their much loved pets to them. We are fortunate to have this facility in Lindsay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent clinic! Staff and Veterinarian are very caring and empathize with your situation. They have always tried to give immediate attention as soon as possible. They know most visits are emergency for someone's dear family member. I have never text or emailed a hospital, I call or go to emergency. Veterinarian's have phones and have after hour emergency numbers. In this technologically advanced age some people have forgotten how to use the phone and speak. This Veterinary Service is number one in my phone.

We dont have to shell out major amounts of money when updating their shots which is refreshing to other vets I've visited. She makes sure your animals are comfortable the while time and is definitely an animal lover.
