Outstanding experience at Cam Clark a couple weeks ago. Trent was a great salesperson, able to line us up with a Ranger and Edge while inventories were still in transit. Concerns regarding the deals and timelines for delivery were immediately addressed by the sales team, meeting every need with surgical precision. After 8 years with another dealer's network, Cam Clark has earned our loyalty!

Wife and I just bought a 2021 Ford Edge, absolutely incredible service and nice people to deal with. Every single person from sales, financing and service were nice and responsive. They were able to get us the vehicle and even more then what we were expecting! I would give more stars if I could, recommend everyone to purchase vehicles from them !

I just trade in my 2013 Edge for a 2020 Ford Explorer a couple weeks ago. I had the newest salesmen on the block, Sunny. He was a pleasure to work with and extremely personable. He sent me fully detailed videos of both the vehicles I was interested in, which was a great help since I have a very busy schedule. He kept me in the loop via text message which again was appreciated with my busy schedule. There was minimal pressure which I appriciate because buying a car in the current market is hard enough without all the typical pushiness that comes with most dealers. All things promised were delivered as expected. Thank you Sunny for making this process as painless as possible!

Service in my view appeared to have been quite good as regards to the issue at hand. However, there is one observation that I would like to share. When dropping off my vehicle, an appointment time had been set. Now, normally when an appointment time is set, the understanding in one's mind at that moment is that the vehicle will be addressed at the time of the appointment. However, what tends to happen is the vehicle is taken with no firm commitment as to when it will be returned. Having said this, what I believe should be shared with the customer is the advisement that when establishing an appointment, it needs to be stated at that time that no concrete time frame can be offered as to when the vehicle will be returned. That quite possibly the vehicle will have to remain overnight. This then allows a customer to decide if the date and time that the customer will drop off the vehicle will work for them. And if not, therein allow them to decide when a better time as regards the customer's schedule, will work for the customer in planning their schedule. In this process, in essence the customer doesn't feel like a customer, but rather they feel that they are a captive of the dealership. This is viewed as completely inappropriate. Smiles and polite words do not in and of themselves, make for good customer service, only positive and attentive action represent good customer service. With that in mind, the approach taken with the customer needs to be honest and forthright. In that way, the customer, I believe, will feel that they are being dealt with, with honesty and integrity and not feel as though they are merely being handled. That is insulting to say the least.

I live in Ontario and came across a vehicle I liked, I was having a difficult time finding it locally, model, make, and colour. From my initial inquiry Adam reached out and helped me along the way. Being an out of province purchase I had a lot of questions and requests. Adam provided superior service, every inquiry/request I had, he was able to provide a timely professional response. I needed the vehicle shipped and Adam was able to arrange this for me as well. I did have concerns about this but Adam reassured me everything would be handled professionally. I suspected a delay being the truck convoy from all over the country was coming into the province, the vehicle arrived in time. What can I say about this dealership, the service, the whole transaction was excellent, amazing and professional. The car is exactly what I saw in numerous photos and video footage. I appreciate Adam's professionalism, he helped me with my purchase, and now I am a proud Ford owner. What can I say. The whole team at Cam Clark was great to work and deal with. My salesman Trent was always keeping my updated on the delivery of my vehicle. Once the vehicle (Bronco Sport) arrived he was very detailed in going over the options of the vehicle and explained how everything worked. Shawn in the finance department also explained everything very well and wasn't pushy in trying to upsell options which I appreciate very much. I would recommend anyone to go see the team at Cam Clark, they are great!

Cam Clark provided service for my vehicle and then was the place I purchased my new vehicle. Matt was a good guy to deal with. He provided accurate information and kept me updated as my vehicle was transported from the manufacturing plant. The Mustang Mach E has been an amazing car so far. The pricing was as expected without the inflated price being offered at other dealerships. Henry was an entertaining Financial Services person to work with. We talked through different options and he helped us find what worked best.

We had originally planned to get a Camaro but it didn’t seem like the right option for us, Sunny was super understanding and helpful! He helped us search for other options and was very patient with us through the entire process. We ended up getting this beautiful Lexus GS 350 instead! We are super happy with this new ride! Matt in finance was very professional, he gave us several options and didn’t not pressure us in anyway.
