I got a walk thru and was shown what I would be renting before I signed up for anything. The facility is extremely clean and well cared for. I would recommend this location of Public Storage to anyone looking to rent a storage unit in the area.

1- friendly staff
2- clean
That is where the good ends!!
I received a good deal to rent my unit for 3 months. I paid half price which was wonderful. My end date was January 22, 2022. I received a call letting me know if I wanted to continue to rent it would be just over $50 for the month of January which had only 9 days left!! Then for the month of February I was told it was $160. So for a short month ( February ) and 9 days in January I paid over $200 and the unit I am renting is very small. I asked the person I was talking to if since I was renting for the month of February he could waive the fee for January to where I was told no!!! So needless to say once they have you in they can charge you whatever they feel due to the inconvenience it would be to move everything out and go somewhere else!! Not very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful Staff. Will helped us during our tour and helped us pick our unit and locked in the special rate for us that day. When we came back to pay a week later, Brittany helped us finalize our agreement and was very helpful and friendly. Great location next to the highway, bright and spacious, with packing supplies in the main lobby if you run out or need a specialized packing item. We paid our first 3 months at the special rate which was 50% off. There is a one time admin fee and insurance is required but they have affordable options if you don't have your own. Everything was up front and well explained. Highly recommend!

Walking in, I was greeted enthusiastically and when I asked for a unit rental, I was given the information for current promotions, which was 50% off for the first 3 months. After a quick tour, we went back to the front desk and completed the paperwork. I was able to start using my into right away. I would highly recommend this place.
