★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST experience dealing with any humam in my entire life. Not only was he incredibly disrespectful and sexist during our time there but he also called yelling at my husband for a missed payment. We had payed two months in advance and there was no missed payment. He threatened our stuff before realizing it was his mistake, then hung up the phone. Every time we wanted in to access our unit the gate was locked, always during his business hours. Very inconvenient and a huge waste of time for us. When it came time to take our stuff out we gave him a months notice and he still demanded another months rent and even put locks on our unit. Then he called threatening my husband again saying we will never see our stuff again. We had to get the RCMP involved to actually get our stuff out immediately. Thankfully I never have to deal with this atrocious place again. I wish I had known to stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a last minute rental to store items after selling my RV. I called and booked a unit an hour before closing and Mark was super accommodating. He said that if we couldn't get there with the load before 6 to obtain our unit to give him a call and he would come from home. He even came back near 9pm so we could drop the last load. I haven't had such great customer service in a long time and it was greatly appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the process of looking for rv storage, came across this place on Facebook market place. After reading alot of negative reviews I politely told the worker (ready responded on FB). that I would decline due to the large amount of negative reviews left me feeling uncomfortable leaving my trailer there.
They responded with a message saying that they were fair but strick about the rules and if you didn't pay the rent you would be kicked out. I was then blocked. Very unprofessional. Will be looking elsewhere to store our trailer

Unprofessional. is trying to threaten me with my job. texts me every day even though i am paid up. continuously harasses me and my family. wanted me to pay him before he even sent the agreement. after i paid he still has not provided receipt.

Pressured Me to leave the property and would harass me and my family everyday. I paid well in advance and once he was informed of my departure he treated me less then human. Name calling and threats, Very unprofessional. Should have business license removed. PLEASE STAY AWAY
