Ruby was amazing and made sure I was informed during the entire process making sure I had everything I needed. They worked with my insurance company and made the process easy and stress free. They did a great job repairing my car and detailed it as well, looks brand new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s my first time to use CARSTAR Airdrie and kudos to the customer service staff! they are very helpful from updates on the car and estimation and when it was going to be completed.
Absolutely stunning job on the car, fixed it above expectation. I wasn’t expecting and sort of interior cleaning, and it wasn’t required but they went above and beyond. The job was done professionally and on time.
Thanks everyone at CAR STAR Airdrie! You guys are extremely amazing! I will highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service! They care more about their customers than money, which is so rare these days.
I drove too close to a cement parking block and my front bumper got stuck. It ended up pulling the bumper loose a bit and pulled out 2 metal screws. The dealership said it could not be repaired and I would need a whole new bumper, which would have to be painted to match.
Sean at CarStar was amazing and fixed it for me in 30 minutes! AND he refused to take any money from me, even though I offered multiple times. Outstanding service. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had a hit and run incident recently. The team at Carstar in Airdrie was very helpful and professional. Fast service! My car looks good as new and as an added bonus a full detail so the inside looks as great as the outside! I hope I never need them again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had got into an accident and needed my door replaced. I was very worried as the paint on my vehicle is hard to match. Called a few shops but Chris was by far the most competent and knowledgeable estimator i had dealt with. From the initial call he was able to address all of my concerns and had explained the entire process from start to finish. Ruby was also there to update me each step of the way. They were very responsive and I can say that this was the best experience I have ever had with any shop.
The vehicle repair was on point. All the panels lined up, the paint matched to a tee. It looks better than new. Also a nice surprise was that they detail your car very good.
Overall I am super impressed with the staff and the work done on my vehicle. I live in SW Calgary, the 30min drive out to Carstar Airdrie was
well worth it. 110% would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys once again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was satisfied with the thoroughly done inspection after our accident. Staff was good at staying in touch with me and giving me accurate timelines and information to keep me up to date. Even tho in my situation the car was a write off so I didn't get to see their workmanship on the repairs, I felt that the shop did an excellent job making sure all the damages were being accounted for and information was being relayed to me and my insurance company in a punctual manner
