★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, although didn't know I needed the ball and the thing that holds the ball for the hitch they installed and pins. Oh well another 100 bucks. Whoever I stalled it is loved by me. Thank you. ♥️♥️♥️Went to Canadian Tire to get those, like they said to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I got into a pretty bad motor vehicle accident. Our 2017 Tucson was deemed totalled and we were NOT looking forward to start car shopping AT ALL. We stopped at least 15 car dealerships to find a vehicle before landing at Hinton Dodge Chrysler in Perth. We couldn’t find a vehicle that fits our family. We needed a vehicle ASAP as we have 2 young kids. When we stopped at Hinton Dodge Chrysler. Terry introduced us to a sale rep named Sam Moussa. At this point, we were tired of car shopping… until I saw this beauty on the lot 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willy Sport (Sting grey colour). Sam was understanding that we were looking for something urgent but without knowing what we wanted and we were on a strict budget. Sam NEVER tried to use “corny” sales tactics or up-sale. He genuinely felt for our situation and respected our budget. He introduced us to the vehicle specs and helped me get behind the wheel after being in an accident. We live over a hour from this dealership and during the process of the sale, I had so many questions and Sam made sure to keep quick and prompt communication with me at all time and I appreciate that.
Thank you Bassem Sam Moussa for your good and honest service. We will definitely be back for my husband’s Dodge Ram.
If you are on the market for a Dodge or Jeep, it is worth the drive to see Sam and the team from Hinton Dodge Chrysler. You will never get better service in the Ottawa Valley.

Big Rock Dodge in Hinton, AB was the closest one to me on my way to Edmonton. Trudy the service advisor and Richard the mechanic were absolutely wonderful. Trudy got me in last minute on a Sunday ( Monday was a holiday and I needed to be in a meeting) and was very professional. Richard head me out with the details regarding previous problems with my battery and proceeded to verify my work with testing that even my home dealership would not have don’t. In Short, Richard took the time, validated my issues and got a battery replacement with limited costs while Trudy kept me comfortable and assured as I waited. I love this dealership. Almost made me want to move to Alberni. Go Big Rock!

Hard to find the so skilled person who can answer any question you ask and knows absolutely everything about the vehicles they wait for the customers on Hinton`s lot.
