★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service, excellent timeline, fair price and happy with first come first serve scheduling. I went Cam Clark Ford Quick Lane very first time for Oil change on my Chevy Cruze. Professional staff. Jordan was an adviser and he was perfect in his place with knowledge and experience. I definitely recommend Quick Lane Service for oil change and good thing is, they do the same for any make, any model of car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using the Quick Lane , as I recently moved to the area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, oil change and inspection were done quickly and all costs were broken down and explained before payment. Other minor maintenance concerns were mentioned, but there was no pressuring from the staff to get them fixed. I'll definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service history ever. I have had multiple vehicles run through here and use them every now and then. Each time I remind myself that they have no customer service and vow not to use them ever again. I personally am done with them and unless you like to be annoyed I would recommend going anywhere else but here. I book a full service works oil change online early this morning and just got a call indicated that they were sorry but they have given my time slot to someone else. So basically they bumped me for another person. This is not the first time this has happened with them either. Then they refuse to answer the phone. Worst customer service ever. Horrible, horrible service. If I could give negative stars it would be -5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 2019 Mustang GT in to get the winter tires removed and my summers reinstalled. Friendly and knowledgeable people behind the desk especially Dustin who has a passion for vehicles. The guys in the shop did a great job (unlike the big name local tire shop that damaged my rims putting the winters on). Will not hesitate to recommend Quick lane in the future.
