★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Dr. Franka a few times when living in Airdrie and since moving to Calgary a few months ago was looking for a family doctor in town. I was happy to find out Dr. Franka is now serving in this location. During my recent visit he took the time to discuss my needs with me and I did not once feel rushed. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Franka promptly on my arrival with no wait time. I am very happy with his service and will definitely be seeing Dr. Franka for the long term. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is the best dr i have ever seen. He is so calm and will listen to you, spend time with his patients, never in rush. I never had to wait more than 1 day for his appointments. even if u need to see him urgently front staff will squeeze you in and will actually understand ur situations. He is mostly available for phone appointments if you are away. He will reply to ur emails on time if you need to discuss with him something quickly. All in one he is great. Also he smells good all the time lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps it's because I'm not Canadian, but I expect more from my doctor. This guy didn't even bother to learn my name for the appointment and made me come into his office just to refill my prescription, presumably because he can bill the government for the in-person visit. Even then it took them over a week to fax in my refill authorization to the pharmacy, which was gracious to give me an emergency bridge refill until this office bothered to send in the needed forms - this happened TWICE! He went out of his way to offer in-office plastic surgery (again presumably because he can charge extra for it) but was reluctant to give me useful medical advice. Dr. Franka's a charasmatic person but in my opinion he's a mediocre physician and only cares about your health to the extent he can make the most money possible off of you. This blatant bad faith behavior would be totally unacceptable from medical professionals in the U.S. You know you can do better, Dr. Franka. Fix yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Franka is a great doctor who genuinely listens to your concerns and does his best to do additional research whenever I have any questions. His appointment times have been flexible for last minute issues and I am never required to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. He is professional, intelligent and caring. Highly reccomend this practice.

I landed as patient of Dr. Franka after multiple years with my previous Family Physician and 6 months of going through bad experiences with interim GPs. Dr. Franka is knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. With his knowledge, I was able to get help on my health more holistically. I would definitely recommend his practice to anyone looking for a family physician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first appointment with Dr Franka just a week ago and he’s the best doctor I’ve seen! He literally took 25-30 minutes to sit down, hear me out about my thyroid/ insomnia condition and try to figure out a solution. Compared to other doctors who are literally in and out within 30 seconds, Dr.Franka really cares and is open minded. He’s good great bedside manner and is one of the best doctors I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
