★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Amin Kherani did my cataract surgery, he is the model of the ideal doctor.
During my consultations he took the time to explain my condition, my options and the recomended course of action.
He is curteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
My post surgery follow-ups where conducted by Dr. Faazil Kassam. He was professional, friendly and curtious.
The center staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are doing their job but the whole system / administration around them is frustrating. 10AM appointment delayed by 3 hours is something you can expect here on regular basis. They do not provide any reasons or updates about the delay. I hope they adopt a better scheduling system, friendlier staff and tools to inform patients of the delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place few times and some of the nurses are rude and non-empathetic. I am not sure how to complain about the nurses.
Dr. Fielding is great but I cannot say the same thing to his team unfortunately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had required a retinal detachment surgery and got it done by Dr. Kherani a few weeks ago. Throughout all the checkups, have nothing but good things to say about the staff from the receptionists to both Dr. Natalia and Dr. Kherani and all of the doctor assistants as well. Very friendly, professional and super helpful throughout the journey from pre and post operation! Cannot express how grateful I am in words, thanks to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea who Mr. Hanna is talking about. I have been seeing Dr. Fielding 3 or 4 times a year since 2011 and he and his staff have always been pleasant and professional. I never had a problem and the longest I have waited past the appointment time is less than 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take my mom regularly at this clinic for about two years now. Clinic is over all good and doctors are very professional. However one person I would like to specially recognize is Dave who does ocr tests before injection. I have found him to be genuinely caring and empathetic to seniors. During couple of years of visitations, mom has been assigned to various techs for testing and we always hope that we get him to test her. He would take extra steps to make sure mom is comfortable while testing. We wish him the best..
