Nicole took the time and answered all my questions. And there is NO pressure. If you need hearing help go see them! I can not say enough of how amazing this office is. I visited a couple other places after I had been here and they didn't even come close to Nicole with her knowledge and patients and great customer service, I came back to see Nicole.

She greeeted me with a smile(behind a mask). She was very helpful with the questions I had with the service work of my hearing aids. She spoke clearly and was easy to understand. I would recommend anyone to visit this hearing Aids Centre. I look forward to my next visit in six months for an update.

She takes as much time as needed with him and she is very patient as well. Only a phone call away if needed for an adjustment or a friendly ear. My dad is very happy with his new hearing aids and I would recommend Nicole to anyone. They even give you a call to remind you of your appointment, that means a lot to hear a real voice on the other end of the receiver. I want to thank you Nicole for all you have done not only for my dad but it has helped us just as much to be able to have a conversation with him, you are a blessing.

Nicole is a superb audiologist who assisted me with my hearing aid selection, set up my iPhone and outlined all my options. She is pleasant, speaks loud and clear, and goes out of her way to help me. We even chat about our dogs. If I need a repair or have questions, Nicole is always available to provide excellent service. Renata, the receptionist, also goes out of her way to provide excellent service and assistance. She is as pleasant, nice and as efficient as Nicole. They work well as a team. I highly recommend anyone to make an appointment at the Marlborough location.
