My hearing was tested by these folks a short time ago. The young lady looking after me, Tracy Wentzel, was extremely professional. She explained every step of the process, why it was being done and what the results were. My appointment started reasonable close to the booking time and overall it was a great experience. I would happily recommend their services!

I am on my second pair of hearing aids and with confidence based on service received have purchased them from Bow River. I have found them to be thorough in their evaluation and the follow up adjustments. As I became accustom to wearing them knowing they were there to ensure that I received the benefit of improved hearing which improved my interaction with family and friends. Had the pleasure of working with Lucy in acquiring my very first pair of hearing aids. She is absolutely so kind, helpful and informative. I told her on my last visit, she changed my life! The girls at the front desk are fantastic too!! Just a great place to go for your hearing needs!

I am a resident of Dubai, 68 years of age, but visiting Calgary.. I had to see a GP as was suffering from nausea. He diagnosed wax in my ear as the cause and tried to take out the wax through water syringing and in the process perforated my eardrum with immense pain and ear got blocked and deaf. Despite having my own insurance company ,as per rules in Canada ,could not approach an ENT specialist directly and needed a referral from GP to get appointment with ENT specialist. Then to add to my miseries ,I was informed that no ENT specialist appointment is possible before two months in Calgary. Then I tried various ear clinics and was extremely lucky to get in touch with this clinic and Audiologist Ms.Lucy who was so kind to give me an early appointment after finding my miseries. Then she checked my ear in detail ,checked the ear pressure, voulme of wax and informed about possible damage to the ear drum.The main issue was to get the wax out which was a painful process as wax get jammed to eardrum due to pressure of water stream used by GP. Through discussion with her,it became very clear that she has in depth knowledge on what is inside ear ,its possible issues and remedies. So she was more than an ENT specialist rather than only an audiologist and she had all related tools and equipment including various types of micro scopes that I never had seen even with an ENT specialist. The way then she patiently treated me to get my wax out over a period of 3 weeks without causing any pain has been a lifetime favor to me which improved my hearing of affected ear and pain had gone away. She did suggest a hearing aid but did not insist that I must buy them if I don't like them. As I did not buy hearing aids from the clinic, she did not charge me anything to resolve my main issue. To me she is like an angle and I don't find many angles nowadays on this earth.

My mom just purchased hearing aids from the Crescent Heights location. Staff was very friendly and waiting area was bright and clean. Lucy was very helpful and patient as she explained the different types of hearing aids available. She helped my mom picked a model that had the best fit. She took her time and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend Lucy and this location to everyone.

My experience with this location has been wonderful. Winnie is just the kindest and most helpful and knows so much about whats going on. David has been amazing during Covid-19. Lucy really helped me out the most. She gets the patient the most benefits out of their HA, I cant wait to work with her more. Stella has solutions for many HA related issues, she also has very gentle hands. I only got to meet Shanon once but she was awesome as well !

Outstanding service and excellent experience. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! My 90 year old father-in-law has no hearing in one ear, only about 10% in the other and is a little difficult. Lucy was extremely patient and kind. She evaluated his hearing and set him with an appropriate set of hearing aids for his issues. The results have been an extraordinary improvement in his ability to communicate and overall quality of life. I can’t have imagined a better experience and outcome. Thank you very much.

Our experience today was excellent. Lucy as our specialist, explained and showed to my husband and me, information we had never been advised of previously. She was a delight, and all staff kind and helpful.
