Webmail Access

We are working to make things better and easier for all Members, not to mention, more secure, stable, private, and state-of-the-art.

Our email server has been replaced.

Your Email is being received by your NEW Email Account.

Please Phone Technical Support above to get your new password to access it.

The new system offers IMAP, POP3, and Webmail services.  The old email content may not be migrated over yet. We are currently working out technical anomalies with our old server.

Once you have your new password, you can go to:

                Use your email address and password to login.

Email Client Setup (Computers, Tablets, Phones)

 

For email client setup, please use the following to setup your account.  This is compatible with computers and phones running iOS, Windows, and Android.  It is highly recommended to use the encrypted system.  Some computers and devices that are not modern enough will fail encryption setup. 
Note the servers are different when using encrypted connections.

 

Email clients such as Outlook will autodetect all the settings.  You will get a certificate warning, as the system is now hosted on SecureServer.net email servers.  Click yes to accept any certificate prompts.

 

Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

Username:                         Your Email Address

Password:                           Use the email account's password.

Incoming Server:              p3plzcpnl489507.prod.phx3.secureserver.net

IMAP Port:                         993

POP3 Port:                         995

Outgoing Server:              p3plzcpnl489507.prod.phx3.secureserver.net

SMTP Port:                        465

IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

 

Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended)

Username:                         Your Email Address

Password:                           Use the email account's password.

Incoming Server:              mail.calcna.ab.ca

IMAP Port: 1                       43

POP3 Port:                         110

Outgoing Server:              mail.calcna.ab.ca

SMTP Port:                        587

IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

            Internet Service Notes
        High Speed Services - No interruption of service
          Dialup Service:
            - Contact the above Support phone number to get a new login/password
            - Please be aware that the Dialup Access phone numbers have changed.
            - In Calgary, use: (403) 770 6018  - In Vancouver, use (604) 484 7856          
            - Member accounts will have their service extended for any period of interruption.
            - CCNA will no longer have automated cutoff on account expiry in the future.
