★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not a glossy gym but it's a good price with a pool, climbing wall, weights/cardio machines and classes. Max cost is $7 a visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little gem in the beltline, I almost do not want to write a review. They just recently renovated the locker rooms which is a win, they have a pool in the basement that’s good for lane swimming.
I like how they have a heavy bag in the studio space, and how they have courts to play sports. Besides the Repsol centre and the YMCA by Eau Claire there’s basically nowhere to play court sports downtown.
They have equipment available to borrow and a climbing wall you can get certified for, which is a great work out. It’s a good city gym service and I’ve yet to go when it is super busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is pretty good; our kids used the climbing wall and it was great. However, it is not accessible with a stroller and we had to wait outside or leave the stroller unattended. There is ONE bathroom stall for women to use in the change rooms. Also, finding parking was horrible because everything is pay parking until 6pm (and nowhere near the front of the building - that is all no parking until after 6pm). Staff should know this and should schedule programs to start at 6:10 instead of 6pm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the "hidden gem" gym in the Beltline. The Weight room\Workout room is not huge but has more than enough equipment and space due the low volume of users. Pool is great. It was refreshed in 2018. Gymnasium upstairs and Rock Wall outside to use in good weather.
The only draw back would be the hours but it being a City site and due to lack of attendance I understand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some equipment is out dated and the gym is cramped up - the men's locker room is poorly designed and there is always heat blowing into the locker room which is uncomfortable before and after workouts. Pool is about 18.25 meters in length and good for a casual swim. The sauna is excellent!
The staff are great however! Always very insightful helpful and inspiring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful gym and pool to have close to work. Unfortunately, the pool is only 18.25 metres in length but the change rooms are newly renovated and there never seems to be an over crowding issue in the pool like most facilities around the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love volunteering there I think they have some wonderful I would like to call them programs that the community can attend . Sadly the pool is closed but one should come check it out Tuesday s at 10'30
