★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis avec Cablovision depuis Août et le produit est sincèrement MAUVAIS.. mon internet passe son temps a planter. Je dois débrancher mon modem et mon routeur minimum je dit bien minimum 4x par semaine…. J’ai appeler a plusieurs reprises pour avoir de l’aide à régler ce problème frustrant et à chaque fois j’ai un service excessivement décevant… ils me répondent à tout coup “Ah non, nous on vois ici que tout es ok…” bien sûr bravo, moi je passe mon temps à vous appeler pour le simple plaisir de passer le temps …
On paie pour un produit et il n’a même pas moyen de jouir de son produit… pourquoi devrais-je payer si la compagnie sont même pas en mesure de me fournir l’internet sans interruptions récurentes?!…
I have been with Cablovision since August and the product is genuinely BAD .. my internet is crashing. I have to unplug my modem and my router minimum I say well minimum 4x per week…. I have called several times for help in solving this frustrating problem and each time I have an excessively disappointing service… they always answer me “Oh no, we can see here that everything is ok…” of course well done, I spend my time calling you for the simple pleasure of passing the time ...
You pay for a product and he doesn't even have a way to enjoy his product ... why should I pay if the company can't even provide me with the internet without recurring interruptions?! ...
