N'ont même pas cru bon ouvrir le dash ou m'indiquer une solution alternative. Aucune proactivité, du genre c'était difficile de répondre à la question : quelles sont les implications de conduire jusqu'à chez nous sans courroie?
 The staff didn't seem serious to me. My power-steering belt was broken, I was told: no room until Friday. Didn't even see fit to open the dash or point out an alternative solution. No proactivity, like it was difficult to answer the question: what are the implications of driving home without a belt?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling from Toronto to Bangor Maine and the car overheated. We barely made it to this fantastic garage. All the staff were helpful and explained everything. They were not able to order a new rad but they tried a few things to get us on the road. Merci beaucoup!!
