Cette entreprise est déjà connu par la société de protection des droits des consommateur! Cette entreprise bafoue sans vergogne plusieurs lois de la protection du consommateur ainsi que plusieurs lois gouvernemental sur l'information! Voici notre expérience. Nous avons été chez Sam Auto Plus a Granby ou nous avons trouver un VUS à notre goût, nous avons fait un acompte de quelque centaine de dollars sur ce véhicule et le vendeur nous a mentionné que nous avions 10 jours pour allez signé les papiers et qu'il envoyais notre dossier a leur agente de financement pour compléter la paperasse... Deux jours plus tard avant les 10 jours accordé, la banque nous avais appelé pour nous confirmer le montant de la demande et nous avisez que nous étions accepté pour le prêt, mais l'agente ne retournais pas nos appel nous avons donc appelé chez le concessionnaire pour allez signé les papiers l'on nous a mentionné que l'auto avais été vendu que le montant de l'acompte étais supposé être retourner sur ma carte de crédit, Après vérification cela n'avais pas été fait et l'on ne retourne pas mes appels pour le remboursement de notre acompte. Avant la fin de la semaine nous avons été magasiner un véhicule ailleurs. On a demander à la nouvelle agente si le prêt accordé par la banque étais transférable d'un concessionnaire à l'autre. Mais l'agente qui a fait la nouvelle demande nous a informer qu'a la banque ou elle a demander un prêt oui nous avions été accepté mais que dans le dossier précédent (celui de Sam Auto) ils avait menti sur nos données personnelles ainsi que nos revenus cet endroit applique ce que l'on appel acceptation a tout prix Savez-vous ce que cela implique a ceux qui se font prendre (acheteur) c'est une fraude qui même en aillant dit la vérité sur le revenu dès le départ est concidérer comme tel puisque l"entreprise s'en lave les mains. Heureusement pour nous la situation a pu etre corriger puisque nous avons acheter ailleurs mais tout ceux qui utilise leur prêt risque un jour ou l'autre d'être reconnu coupable de fraude à cause de leur agissement illégaux! Le pire c'est qu'en aillant dit la vérité sur nos revenus nous avons pu avoir un prêt plus élevé sur un plus long temps et donc des mensualité moins élevées.

This company shamelessly flouts several consumer protection laws as well as several government laws on information! Here is our experience. We were at Sam Auto Plus in Granby where we found an SUV to our taste, we made a deposit of about a hundred dollars on this vehicle and the seller told us that we had 10 days to sign the papers and that he sent our file to their funding officer to complete the paperwork ... Two days later before the 10 days granted, the bank had called us to confirm the amount of the request and we advised that we were accepted for the loan, but the agent did not return our call so we called at the dealership To sign the papers we were told that the auto had been sold as the amount of the deposit was supposed to be returned to my credit card, after checking it had not been done and we did not return not my calls for the refund of our down payment. Before the end of the week we were shopping for a car somewhere else. The new agent was asked if the bank loan was transferable from one dealer to another. But the agent who made the new request informed us that the bank or she asked for a loan yes we had been accepted but that in the previous file (that of Sam Auto) they had lied about our personal data as well as our income this place applies what we call acceptance at all costs Do you know what it means to those who get caught (buyer) it's a fraud that even if it's telling the truth about the income from the start is considered as such since the company is washing its hands. for us the situation has been corrected since we buy elsewhere but all those who use their loan risk one day or another to be found guilty of fraud because of their illegal action! The worst is that by going tell the truth about our income we could have a higher loan over a longer time and therefore lower monthly payments.

We were sold a subaru. After the first week we started having problems. We started losing power steering fluid and there was a knock in the front. Also, the A/C wasn't working. We took it back to him and he said he would fix it. After losing the car for 2 weeks we finally got it back. We had to practically argue for him to fix it in time for our wknd get away. The day of our wknd get away we finally get the car back. However, after looking the car over we noticed that the car had been driven more than 60kms (We took pics of the odometer). The manager then told us that we put a flat on the car when we dropped it off. Which was complete BS because before we left the car we looked it over, and from the hole he patched, it would have been flat in a few seconds. He put 2 plugs in the side wall of our front passenger wheel. Which any mechanic will tell you is a big no no. After all this runaround we say forget it we have a reservation and our auberge is 3hrs away. Not 2 mins down the road the knocking came back. The week after our getaway We took it to a professional. He looked it over and was able to find the problem within a few mins. The knock had been from a loose guide pin fastening bolt that had been striped. Moreover, the front rotors that were on the car were the wrong ones, being almost 1/4 inch too small. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! A liar and a cheat on a whole new level. Do not listen to his bs. He's a good sweet talker.
