★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonne expérience de magasinage et de propositions, mais lorsque le vendeur a fait un suivi sur les soumissions et qu'il a su que j'avais choisi un compétiteur, il m'a raccroché au nez. Déçu du manque de professionnalisme. Dommage, car le suivi pendant la vente était impeccable (courriel + téléphone). Ça fait partit du jeu, pourtant, de ne pas tout gagner... Bref, je ne recommanderais pas Sansoucy (l'expérience et la critique est évidement basée sur un vendeur, étant donné qu'il représente la compagnie).
 Good shopping experience and proposals, but when the seller followed up on the bids and knew that I had chosen a competitor, he hung up on me. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Too bad, because the follow-up during the sale was impeccable (email + phone). It's part of the game, however, not to win everything ... In short, I would not recommend Sansoucy (experience and criticism is obviously based on a seller, since it represents the company).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai demandé une soumission à Sansoucy. Tout allait bien mais leur produit ne convenait pas à ma maison. J'ai annoncé par courriel au vendeur que nous avions choisi un autre produit ailleurs, tout en le remerciant de son excellent service. Il m'a demandé de le rappeler "juste pour son information". J'ai eu la gentillesse de le faire, il m'a demandé la marque du produit que j'avais choisi, je lui ai gentiment répondu. Il a sous-entendu que le produit que nous avions choisi n'était pas fiable. Il a dit "je suis triste pour vous" et "bonne chance", me faisant bien sentir que nous avions fait un mauvais choix selon lui. Manque de professionnalisme. Si vous signer avec quelqu'un d'autre et qu'il vous demande de le rappeler, ne le faite pas! Bien entendu, mon évaluation est seulement basée sur une personne soit le vendeur que j'ai rencontré.
I requested a quote from Sansoucy. Everything was fine but their product was not suitable for my house. I emailed the seller that we had chosen another product elsewhere, thanking them for their excellent service. He asked me to call him back "just for his information". I was kind enough to do so, he asked me the brand of the product I had chosen, I kindly replied. He implied that the product we chose was unreliable. He said "I'm sad for you" and "good luck", making me feel like he thought we had made a bad choice. Lack of professionalism. If you sign with someone else and they ask you to call them back, don't! Of course, my assessment is only based on one person ie the salesperson that I have met.

Je mentionnais que j'avais eu des difficultés à parler au patron, mais depuis on s'est parlé et compris les contraintes de charge de travail et on s'est même rencontré pour trouver les solutions au problème de ma chambre froide.
M. Charles a fais les démarches requises pour trouver le meilleur équipement au meilleur coût possible pour moi.
Après l'acceptation de l'estimé celui-ci a pris la peine de modifier l'organisation de sa cédule et nous a envoyé une équipe ce matin en urgence pour effectuer l'installation.
D'abord je m'excuse si j'ai pu causer du tord à la Compagnie et je tiens donc à remercier M. Charles et son équipe pour l'excellent service.
This is an amendment to a notice that I gave a few days ago. I mentioned that I had had difficulties talking to the boss, but since then we have talked and understood the constraints of workload and we even met to find solutions to the problem of my cold room.
Mr. Charles took the necessary steps to find the best equipment at the best possible cost for me.
After accepting the estimate, he took the trouble to change the organization of his schedule and sent us an emergency team this morning to carry out the installation.
First of all, I apologize if I may have caused any harm to the Company and I would therefore like to thank Mr. Charles and his team for the excellent service.

J’ai fait affaire avec eux pour un entretient préventif de mon air-climatisé et le technicien était présent à l’heure prévue. En plus d’être ponctuel, j’ai eu droit à un service courtois de qualité professionnel. Je vous recommande fortement de faire affaire avec eux.

Excellent service from Climatisation Sansoucy. They really deserve their recommendation from CAA. I did business with them for preventive maintenance on my air conditioning and the technician was present at the scheduled time. In addition to being punctual, I was treated to courteous, professional service. I highly recommend that you do business with them.

J'ai fait affaire avec eux pour l'achat et l'installation d'un système complet, haut de gamme, de ventilation et climatisation centrale zoné, pour mon projet de construction neuve à l'été 2019 et le tout s'est passé sans encombre. Un excellent service depuis l'étape de la soumission jusqu'au service après vente. Le système installé est très performant. Merci à Charles, le président, et à toute son équipe!

Very serious company with a competent staff. I did business with them for the purchase and installation of a complete system, high-end, ventilation and central air-conditioning zoned for my new construction project in the summer of 2019 and everything happened without issue. Excellent service from the submission stage to after sales service. The installed system is very efficient. Thanks to Charles, the president, and all his team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vraiment très apprécié de faire affaire avec cet entreprise pour le système de thermopompe murale . Au départ je ne n’avais aucune ouverture pour installer un système mural. Je voulais une central. Cependant la structure de notre maison ne se prêtait pas à l’installation d’un central. Le vendeur m’a recommandé un style de mural très silencieuse et discrète. Aujourd’hui près de cinq mois plus tard je peux vous dire que je ne regrette pas notre choix.

Really much appreciated doing business with this company for the wall mounted heat pump system. Initially I had no opening to install a wall system. I wanted a central. However, the structure of our house did not lend itself to the installation of a central. The seller recommended a very quiet and unobtrusive wall style to me. Now almost five months later I can tell you that I do not regret our choice.

When we had to make a colour change on one piece at the last minute during the installation (so it matched our house) - there were no issues. We didn’t even have to follow up for the Installation of the changed piece.
They came when they said they would, always on time, every time.
They worked fast, clean and were extremely courteous.
The units we chose are extremely quiet and work wonderfully. We’ve had them now for three months.
Bravo! We would strongly recommend then.
