N'honorent pas leur r-v, ne trouvent pas le problème et te charge pareil et onéreux en plus. A mon avis, le service après vente est aussi important que l'achat et la pose du système. Dommage! The installation of my heating system went well. It is during the after sales service that it spoils. Do not honor their dream, do not find the problem and charge you the same and expensive in addition. In my opinion, after sales service is as important as the purchase and installation of the system. Pity!

Ensuite deux heures chargées juste pour faire le remplacement d une pièce. Ils chargent le temps de déplacement aller et retour en plus de charger des frais de déplacement. Très très déçu, vraiment l’impression de s’être fait avoir. Ne recommande pas du tout. Very disappointed with this company, we contacted them for a repair. They charged two hours just to find the problem and make an estimate. Then two busy hours just to replace a part. They charge round trip travel time in addition to charging travel costs. Very very disappointed, really felt like I was cheated. Do not recommend at all.
