The staff who deal with you on the phone or at the counter are pleasant to deal with and they are honest and up front with what NEEDS to be repaired on your car. Not like some garages who come at you with a list of things that are in “Urgent” and “immediate” need of repair. If it can wait, they tell you so. I keep going back.
