★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour, je sors de chez ce concessionnaire Ford à Richelieu, j'y allais pour un point de rouille sur mon coffre sur ma Ford Taurus de 2018.
Je suis alors tombé sur quelqu'un de très cordial m'expliquant que la garantie n'était applicable que jusqu'à 60.000km maximum. Ma voiture en a 61.400km. Pour 1.400km je me vois refuser la prise en garantie sur un véhicule présentant déjà de la rouille alors qu'il n'a que 3ans et demi et que je possède encore la garantie constructeur pendant 40.000km ou jusqu'en 2023. Pas très commerçant. Mais également extrêmement déçu qu'aucun geste ni arrangement n'aient pu être trouvés. Je ne recommande donc pas cet endroit.

 Hello, I just left this Ford dealership in Richelieu, I went there for a rust spot on my trunk on my 2018 Ford Taurus.
I then came across someone very cordial explaining to me that the warranty was only applicable up to 60,000 km maximum. My car has 61,400 km. For 1,400km I am refused warranty coverage on a vehicle already showing rust when it is only 3 and a half years old and I still have the manufacturer's warranty for 40,000km or until 2023. Not very commercial . But also extremely disappointed that no gesture or arrangement could be found. So I don't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service, lying salesman, quick to take my money, now they just pretend like i don't exist. 2 1/2 years ago bought a 75000$ diesel truck that was "fully loaded every option" i was told (f250 super duty lariat) as i picked up my brand new truck, they told me and showed me a dent on passengers side door, said they would fix it, on my ride home with my brand new truck, like anyone else would do looking at the buttons and how things work, to my extreme surprise can't find the heated steering button, "oh you don't have that option" i'm told of my "fully loaded with every option", i have that option on my 2015 ram 40000$ truck, i had it on my ford focus 20000$ car, but on my 75000$ "loaded with every option" not so much. now 2 1/2 years later they still have not picked up my truck and fixed the dent in the door, and as i was told last week cause now the truck has rust and has to go in to another dealer to get fixed, ostiguy feels they are not responsible for a dent from 2 1/2 years ago. i guess cause i paid the truck 2 1/2 years ago, that's it . definitely will not buy another vehicle from them, maybe not from even ford,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful after sales service. Was promised that my truck would be touched up and it wasn’t. They applied the WRONG colour red on the truck! and then told me they’d mail me the right one to do it myself. Weeks went by, never received the paint. After talking to the sales rep Robert, he stopped answering altogether. Ended up being the paint from my local dealership. Once the sale was done, I guess they just didn’t care.
