y	yannick pellerin boisjoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mauvaise experience !!!! premierement lauto ma eté livré dans un etat inaceptable (toutes les moulures blanchis, pieces peinturer non polis (squirl) , plein de poussieres étendue au lavage pucké , grafigné jen passe ... la porte de remplacement (usagé) est pocké a deux endroits pres de la pogner le joint du bumper avant et de laile es bossés a deux endroit ( il on chauffé pour reparer ) le boss qui etais sur place a donné un bon service a la clientelle mais coté ‘qualiter douvrage ‘ un gros zero je ne recomande pas!!! bad experience !!!! firstly, my self was delivered in an unreachable state (all bleached moldings, pieces of paint not polished (squirl), full of dust extended to wash pucked, grafigned I pass ... the replacement door (used) is stocked in two places near the pogner the joint of the front bumper and the island are bossed at two places (he heated to repair) the boss who was there gave a good customer service but rated 'quality of work' a big zero I do not recomande !!!

Ils devraient enlever l'etape de controle de qualité sur leur document car force est de constater qu'il n'y a aucun contrôle. Très déçu I had to come back three times to fix the known issues. They should remove the quality control step from their document because it is clear that there is no control. Very disappointed

En juin dernier, je suis retourné, car de la rouille est apparue sur cette porte, à l'endroit de la réparation. Hugues a pris le temps de me recevoir et de faire une vérification. Finalement, la décision a été prise de changer le panneau, sans frais pour moi. Merci :) Very satisfied with the service! I had my car repaired in 2013 (rear door on the driver's side) following a collision with a snowplow. Last June, I returned, because rust appeared on this door, at the place of the repair. Hugues took the time to receive me and to make an audit. Finally, the decision was made to change the panel at no cost to me. Thank you :)

E	Elie kanou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seul Fix auto qui demande de payer pour faire un estimé. Même quand c’est un estimé orale et non par écrit pour un particulier. Le pire dans tout ça c’est qu’il t’avertissent 20 min avant le rendez-vous qu’il y a des frais quand t’es déjà en route. J’ai appelé vendredi dernier pour prendre rendez-vous mardi 16:00 cette semaine. La dame m’avertit 20 min avant mon rd-vs qu’il faut payer 79.99$ plus taxes pour simplement estimer un bumper. Même en donnant le modèle de mon auto, elle refusait de me dire le prix de commander un neuf et l’installer, elle insistait pour que je me déplace et paie l’estimé. Elle me dit que la politique a changé et maintenant c’est comme ça dans tout les fix auto. C’est drôle je raccroche avec eux et j’appelle au fix auto saint jean : aucun frais pour l’estimé, super sympathique et super service. Méfiez vous, c’est pas pour rien qu’ils ont 3 étoiles en avis google. Payer 100$ pour avoir des estimés trop chère, non merci! Only Fix auto that asks to pay to make an estimate. Even when it is an oral estimate and not in writing for an individual. The worst part of all this is that they warn you 20 minutes before the appointment that there are fees when you are already on your way. I called last Friday to make an appointment for Tuesday 4:00 p.m. this week. The lady warns me 20 min before my rd-vs that I have to pay $79.99 plus taxes to simply estimate a bumper. Even giving the model of my car, she refused to tell me the price of ordering a new one and installing it, she insisted that I move and pay the estimate. She tells me that the policy has changed and now it's like that in all auto fixes. It's funny I hang up with them and I call fix auto saint jean: no charge for the estimate, super friendly and great service. Beware, it's not for nothing that they have 3 stars in google reviews. Paying $100 for overpriced estimates, no thanks!
