This is my Go-To GM Service Center in the Ottawa Valley.
Brought my Silverado here for confirmation that my Ball joints needed replacement. The service department here gives honest, balanced advice and showed me the conditions of the truck’s ball joints (which were ready for replacement) then gave me a detailed estimate for the repairs.
Thank you Andy and the entire service team for taking such good care to put me on the road safely.
I am willing to drive from Ottawa to have my truck serviced here, and it is entirely because of the service department.
