They quoted me for $67.52 but when I picked it up I had to pay for $98... They said my shirts are blouses, and blouses cost more. But they are not blouses, they're just your typical man buttoned down shirts. I want my money back! If you quote someone for a certain price, either you honour it or you give the customer a call to let them know.

It’s been hit or miss for us. We asked for 6 shirts to be folded (for a business trip) but shirts came back (late) on hangers. The cleaning quality is very good. Alterations are also very good.

We were very happy with the friendly service and our cleaned drapes. They were one day late in getting them back;; otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. It's so nice to have an alternative to Coit, which we used twice, both times with disastrous results.

Couldn't afford the dry cleaning for all my items, but I still needed my pants sewn. They refused to help and would not accept them once I said I couldn't afford everything. Poor service. Reply to Comment: 1. If you could't have it done Thursday, then why did you accept the original order when I had all my items including the sewing? And I said Friday morning was okay. 2. You never explained that to me and said "We won't do that for x dollars". 3. I saw someone sitting at the sewing machine in the front with items today (although they weren't using the machine, I'm led to believe they were doing some form of sewing).

The moment they take yr clothes, they leave it on the floor. I understand they will dry clean it later, but I paid $30 and I expect them to treat our stuff with care and respect. However, later on I went back to the place and explained the reason why I wasn’t happy in the first place. The owner seems very reasonable and suggests that its because of the Christmas season thats why there are more clothing than usual. Owner also suggests that next time they will leave the items in the bag right away. I didn’t express my feeling in the first place because I wasn’t sure how a dry cleaning place function, but I later on feel unfair. I would like to give them a 5 stars because the owner shows great passion and effort in resolving misunderstandings.

I use this dry cleaner for my family and myself. The staff here really goes above and beyond. They offer an amazing pick up and drop off service to work around our very busy schedule. Pricing is fair and they are the only cleaners I trust with my clothing. The employees are always happy, smiling and willing to help you out the best way they can. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Update: After receiving some opinions from other professional seamstresses I was reccomended to request a refund from busy bee. As a result of their kindness and understanding regarding my dissapointment in the quality of the alteration, I've decided to improve my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I still would not reccomend busy bee for alterations, but I appreciate the customer service that I received. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original review: For some background, my mother is a professional seamstress so I am very familiar with alteration work. I normally ask my mother to alter my clothes, however, as a student living far from home I opted to instead bring my clothes to the nearest shop that could do alterations. I came to Busy Bee and asked if they could shorten the length of my pants, to which they said they could do. I paid $20 ($5 more than Nordstrom) and it took them a week to finish the alterations, which would have been fine if were happy with the quality of the work. However, when I picked up my pants I was shocked, too shocked to even say anything. I just quickly paid and left to inspect my pants. My pants were absolutely ruined. The tension on the stitches was wonky causing the light material of my pants to gather around the stitches. The blind stitches were uneven and left unpleasant holes all along the bottom of my pants. The surging was uneven and inconsistent. There was no care paid to making sure to match the threads of the original work. There were loose long plastics threads remaining from their work. The work of seamstresses is truly craftsmanship, work that someone should take pride in as my mother does who works to perfectly alter clothes for her clients, making them better than they had been before. I deeply respect the hard work and attention to detail required when providing quality alterations, however, I felt that this was missing from the alteration I recieved. I am unfortunately dissapointed and even though the employee was very kind I cannot reccomend Busy Bee for alterations. ?
