If I could give over a 5 star review I would! When you initially enter the office you are greeted by hard working and dedicated receptionists who care very much for each and every patient. These ladies are very busy every moment they are in the office, making sure every patient is satisfied and greatly cared for! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist office, and of having any type of dental procedure. The office was made well aware of this when I became a patient about 1.5 years ago. These ladies at the front desk have worked effortlessly to make my time in the office as comfortable as possible. About 3 weeks ago I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and as you can imagine (being terrified and all) I walked into the office with tears in my eyes. The entire staff was by my side the entire time making me feel calm and safe in their hands. Both my dentist and his assistant were aware of my fears and carefully listened to all my requests and answered every single question I had. They were kind and extremely patient. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so safe! This being said.. for 5 days AFTER my procedure these LOVELY ladies called me to check up on me and make sure I was as comfortable as possible at home knowing that I has been so nervous going in. For all my check ups, my dentist listed to all my irrational fears about healing etc. and found ways to ease my mind and again answer all of my questions. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and patience when it comes to me! Thank you Burloak Centre Dentistry for making me feel so comfortable and safe in an environment that Is terrifying to me! P.S.A: I do not name anyone in specific because the office as a WHOLE is amazing. And EVERYONE deserves recognition for their work. If you are looking for a new dental office I highly recommend checking them out! :)

Have loved my experience here! Because of COVID and circumstances I didn't see a dentist for quite some time which caused some problems. They have been amazing - Dr Aly has helped with all issues with a combination of skill, communication, and humour, and the staff has been amazing.

This is the most professional, helpful, and friendly dental office I have ever visited. I was an out of province patient with an emergency-- a sudden broken filling and tooth! Not only did they find a way to take me in that same afternoon, but as Dr. Aly gave me a temporary filling, he explained it all in detail, told me about the crown that would be needed, and sent me the XRays to give to my home dentist. If I didn't live in BC, I would always return to them.

I had a phenomenal experience at Burloak Centre Dentistry. Prior to changing dental offices I had a horrible experience with dentists and had anxiety whenever I entered a dental space. I have gone there for nearly 6 years and prior to changing dentists had had braces for 6 years before and had a botched Marilyn bridge attached (I'm missing my two front teeth). I'm only 26. I had been told previously that even after braces one of my front teeth was crooked at the root, so there was no way an implant could be inserted, nor did I have enough bone marrow to have an implant inserted. Dr. Tuli thought otherwise. She had me meet with Dr. Haroun, who set out a plan for me to shift my teeth (specifically the problematic crooked front tooth's root) within a year using Invisalign treatment. Then I met with Dr. Chahine to see if an implant would be possible with the use of donor bone marrow, and that is could be done with such a tight fit between my teeth. She was positive that it was. Over the course of a year, following many dentist appointments, I was able to get everything sorted out and finish Invisalign treatment, complete the implant and bone marrow surgery, and receive my crowns. This has by far been my best experience with a dental office ever. I am so grateful for everyone's help. The entire staff, down to the front desk receptionists were wonderful and so understanding. I appreciate you all so much! If you come to this office, I can assure you you will have a wonderful experience.

I recently had my wisdom teeth out! and I’m an extremely nervous(fearful) person when it comes to do with anything at the dentist. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the whole office is and how absolutely amazing Dr.Aly was with me, he understood how hard it was for me and was able to calm me and finish the procedure so fast! They even called to see how I was doing a couple days later ! If you are a person who is anxious about the dentist you need to go to this office ! Everyone is very understand and so supportive !

The team at Burloak Centre Dentistry is 5 Star+. As illustrated in my recent appointments. We recently had a dental emergency, my son had a horrific accident at the skate park, he severed one of his front teeth, significantly chipped the other one, and loosened other teeth. When I called the office at 9:00am, Caitlin arranged to have him seen immediately by Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali prioritized his treatment and calmly & confidently worked to stabilize his teeth, reattached the severed tooth and tried his best to do anything he could to save the injured teeth. The team and Dr. Ali’s excellent bedside manner kept everyone calm, especially my 13 year old son. The follow-up appointment revealed that Dr. Ali’s treatment plan was successful; none of the damaged teeth died, chipped teeth were repaired, severed tooth has been reinforced. You wouldn’t be able to tell how badly the teeth were damaged by looking at my son today. The team is always great, but in this instance they went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was taken care of. Dr. Ali thank you and the team for saving his smile!

I have been with Burloak Centre Dentistry for close to 3 years. All my past experience have been pleasant and efficient (I had routine cleanings, dental x-rays, and two dental fillings done here). My most recent visit involved removing three (3) wisdom teeth - two impacted - with Dr. Mohamed Tohamy (Dr. Aly) and his assistant Ruby. I made the terrible mistake of watching videos of the extraction procedure on Youtube ahead of time. I was a nervous nelly heading into the procedure. Nonetheless, Dr. Aly gave me the "VIP" treatment by testing my sensations of discomfort and pain in my gums. He gave me extra anesthetics in my gums where I felt discomfort. As a result, I felt no pain, soreness, or discomfort during the whole procedure. My wisdom teeth extraction was also not an easy procedure. My wisdom teeth had grown awkwardly inward close to the nerves, two were slanted at an odd angle. Each had deep roots. One was stuck/locked behind my second molar on my lower jaw. Dr. Aly and Ruby skillfully sectioned off my stuck wisdom tooth, removed it, along with my other two awkwardly-positioned wisdom teeth. They were tremendously gentle and only did what was necessary to remove the teeth to accelerate the healing process. Overall, I strongly recommend Dr. Aly and Ruby for their patience, skills, and experience. I want to thank Dr. Aly and Ruby for their hard work and dedication to dentistry. 11/10 I would recommend having your wisdom teeth removed at Burloak Centre Dentistry. You are in good hands here.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Aly and Jessica and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I was so nervous and it went so seamlessly and he spent time to make sure I understood the process and what to expect after. I am so glad I went to Dr. Aly for my removal it was a very impressive experience. Thank you so much, day after and feeling great!
