★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family's experience with Burloak paving was absolutely horrific. They spent 8k on a driveway and front walk and the main step cracked. My mom tried for ages to let them know, and by the time they finally responded to her, they said it was too late to fix it free of charge (only because there was such a time lag for her to get back to them.). Such terrible customer service. This was years ago, and there's still a break in the step because my parents haven't been able to justify spending the money to fix it. It looks terrible, and I'm still bitter about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only paving company I've seen who don't allow driveway to settle before paving. Re-did driveway twice, driveway still sinking under weight of vehicles. Front step concrete work all came apart
