He kept scheduling apartment showings until he could tell we were truly happy, despite the time investment and risk involved with showings during COVID. He also advocated for us when we got our apartment in an unclean state, and got the owners to repaint and professionally clean the place. This was not an ordinary deal, as I currently had tenants occupying the residence on a 3 year lease. He was able to find a solution and broker a deal with international investors.
