Wayne helped me sell my previous house and buy the house I live in now as well as a rental property I both purchased and sold just last week at an astounding 1 day on the market for full asking price. When my brother was looking to sell his existing home and upgrade to something larger I recommended Wayne, whom he ended up going with to complete both transactions. We had looked at several places, made sure to meet landlord requirements and put in reasonable offers only to be denied repeatedly. Time was running out, as we had to move out of our apartment at the time. Our bad experience changed once we met Christianah. She listened to us and understood what we needed and the budget we had. She also made sure to give us advice that was not based on what was in it for her but what was best for us. More importantly, she always had a positive attitude no matter the circumstance. She went above and beyond by advocating for us with assigned real estate agents and landlords. Letting them know who we were and assured them that we were good tenants. It wasn’t long before we got a place and Christianah ensured that it was a smooth transition. The apartment we got was everything we wanted and within our budget. Christianah was also kind enough to check on us even after we moved in. I highly recommend Christianah as a real estate agent.
