★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were very excited to see we were getting a burger King in Cobourg. We went there very shortly after they first opened and I think the staff and store were overwhelmed with the amount of customers they had. The initial experience was not great. However, we have been there a few more times since then and they're definitely improving. Every time since then has been better and better! Keep up the good work!

But four staff in back, no one at the counter. Stood for an eternity waiting for someone to notice me.
Then, no ketchup. Finally got their attention again, and he gave our table two PC pacs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad people work here. I've used the drive-thru several times. Whomever the manager is you need to "train" your employees with customer service skills. I feel like I'm going through a funeral. I say please and thank you and I get nothing, not even eye contact.
Customer service is number 1 in business. Either replace the current manager or train them. Nothing worse than miserable people serving you.
