The owner and teachers are knowledgeable. There are activities for all ages and martial arts are a great way to stay fit!

From watching my kids grow and see how much fun they were having it inspired me to start my own martial arts journey with united, having never done any type of martial arts I was very nervous to start. But everyone at united not only the coaches but the other students were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable coming to the classes! on my journey not only has my physical fitness improved but my mental wellness too. My confidence has grown to a level I never thought I could get to. And I have Chris and the staff to thank for that . So if you're looking for a place where you can have an amazing workout and make some great friends, this is the place you want to be!!

The class instructor, who is also the owner, takes time to show the lessons multiple times from different angles and then goes around correcting the students. In the kids classes the coaches genuinely care about their students. In the adult classes the students ages range from 18-50 years old with both men and women attending. Everyone there is fun to be with and all of the students are willing to show anyone new things as they practise. All of these things combined take United from being ordinary to extraordinary. My only regret about United is not having found out about them sooner. I hope to see you there.
