★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied. Food was just ok, place was not clean. Floors were littered and dirty. Only one toilet stall was clean enough to use. This is the 3rd AW in the past months and none were friendly. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try their new Cod sandwich again. Had 1 last week and the coleslaw on the sandwich was all dried up but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered through the drive through and asked if the coleslaw had some kind of sauce on it and was assured that it did. Get my sandwich and the coleslaw was still dry cabbage and carrots with no sauce. The fish was really good but needed some real coleslaw to complete the sandwich. Not what I choose to eat ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only been here once but didn't have an issue. Food was good, quick and hot. I overheard some others saying there order was for here but got a to-go bag. Washrooms were clean, tons of parking and a nice quiet atmosphere. The restaurant itself could be a bit larger especially for a standalone location - but it is hard to get A&W's in smaller towns so anything will do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the kids to this restaurant on the way home from Kingston over the weekend. Restaurant was empty all tables were dirty. Had to clean our own table. Not to standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a fast food place it is one of my favorites. The food is always made fresh while you wait and with fresh ingredients. I don't do fast food often but when I do I choose A and W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually really enjoy A&W, today I tried their "Best burger ever"
Service at the drive-through was really quick (around 2:30) food was ready almost immediately which suggests it was sitting. When unwrapped it was rather underwhelming, certainly didn't look like the pictures. The fried pickles were all soggy, the patty was kind of greasy. Cheese was good (real cheddar) sautéed onions under patty added a Carmelized onion taste.
As I said the burger was on the greasy side. I will stick with a teen burger in the future.

It's actually the worst burger I've had from this location, tasted nothing but grease and felt nauseous after eating. Not the locations fault I assume , just bad product development from A&W.
