Burger King - Calgary

I have food allergies and I’m a picky eater, so I’m used to my order not being right now and then. I need/like my stuff to be plain. Meat,cheese,bacon. Bun. So when I got my chicken purger not plain at all I drive back and let them know. They were all very polite got me a new burger. Got all the way home again to find this one is also very not plain. #starving # cmonguys really tried to call the but they were closed

I love this place it's better and bigger burgers and prices is way cheaper than McDonald's. So yummy I'd love on it if I could lol

I used to go to Burger King because I liked their whoppers and they were on sale on Wednesdays for three dollars each. Made a nice break midweek. The prices made a dramatic jump recently so it no longer worth the effort. Too bad. For a few dollars more I can go to a real restaurant.

Food is more reasonable than McDs and Wendy's, but you need to fix the speaker. Staff can't hear what we're saying and you have to keep repeating yourself. Speaker was rattling.

I usually get decent food at this location but today the poutine was way too salty! I couldn't finish it and my friend couldn't either - blech. The pictures show how much was left... We chalk it up to the employees not being trained properly. My kidney transplant needs extra fluids after this experience.

Went through drive through ofded 3 whoppers chicken fingers medium chocolate shake only got 2 whoppers and was charged for 3. Now will do nothing about it.... Don't go to this burger King

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I eat at this location every so often which will NEVER happen again. Please note I am a bit late posting this well deserved review. I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 junior whoppers, onion rings and the so called infamous "Sriracha King." Take a look at the pictures and let me know your thoughts. I'm sure you will be just as disgusted as I was. The only thing edible from a $20 order was the junior whoppers. The onion rings were soggy and the Sriracha King was barely warm. We all know that most fast foods advertisements never look like what is actually served. This is beyond words. The burger appeared to have been sitting under a warmer for way too long as the bun soaked up the sauce. It was soggy and unappealing. There were no traces of jalapeños as in their picture. The bacon was not crispy. I called several times and no one answered. I left a voicemail and no one returned my call. I ended up calling an hour later and someone answered. I explained my situation and was told they would get back to me the next day. The next day came and no one returned my call. I called and got I touch with the manager. She asked me to bring the food in as she was in disbelief. I saved all the food as it was not edible. I wne t back through the drive thru and she accepted the food. What was more disturbing is that she handled the food and helped a customer in the diner without washing or sanitizing her hands as I watched through the drive thru. Very disgusting during these times...COVID. Obviously this franchise is not operating in a safe manner. Overall the manager, Tracy I believe is her name was quite rude and grunted that they do not refund back money. Lol! First off I wasted my time and money driving back to their location on top of getting scrap food . In the end she returned my money. I will never EAT there again.

Price is great and big portions compared to other burger joints. Can still feed the family for under $30. Love hitting up burgers king on cheat days. The milkshakes are delicious
