Never open when it says it is. Always closed before 9pm even though it's always listed as open on Google maps until 11pm. It's a lie. It's never open that late. Also probably the slowest tim hortons in the city. Probably Chronically understaffed location.

Always slow - be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes to even get your food. If you are just looking to get a quick lunch don’t go here. They also are always out of certain donuts. Disappointing because of the size there is so much potential to serve a lot of customers. Go to the Esso gas station to get your Tim’s to avoid the line.

These guys need way more staff, I've been standing here for 20 minutes for a bagel belt and a hash brown, I'm seeing a large line up of people and 3 of them have already been sick of waiting and left, you are losing business, and this happens regularly.

Updated review: At the time of my more recent visit, there was a huge coffee spill right near the entrance. I guess they couldn’t even care or have enough time to mop it since it was only 2 staff working… the line got so long and slow… ******* Not even sure why certain modifications β€œdidn’t show up” on their system for my mobile orders. Service is average; the employees seemed expressionless and non-chalant. No drive thru at this location but lots of parking spaces nearby.

Visited this tim hortons today at 7am because its located conveniently close to my work. This location is clean but the service is slow, the short girl working the front doesn't listen very well almost like she doesn't want to be there. The food tastes good, hot and freshly made but the other girl making it doesn't follow instructions I paid an extra .80 cent for extra cream cheese on my everything begal with cream cheese and she didn't add the extra to it. To top it off the girl making the food hands the food over to me and I say have a nice day and she doesn't even respond, So if you want simple food without anything extra and without a smile when on your way to work this is a good to go location otherwise this isn't a go to place. Update well decided to revisit this location and give them another chance for a benefit of the doubt but not to my surprise they've done it again, will highly never recommend ever going to tim hortons this is definitely my last time going! Also apparently this is what getting extra cream cheese on a bagel looks like at tim hortons worst service ever! Update well still stand behind my one star review, there service and food has gotten better but went in today its 8am and they have no breakfast ready.

Very unorganized and the staff working do not pay attention to customers. Line wrapped around the front counter and people were just walking in and skipping the line from the door. When other customers told them where the line was they said there was two lines (because everyone wants to stand in the longest line). None of the employees even approached the situation because they were not paying attention. Got my coffee and timbits and left, got home and noticed I received a muffin instead. Ridiculous, do not understand how a mix up like that could even happen and to note that a muffin is $2 cheaper then a box of timbits. Will not be back to this location.

Ordered a sandwich and donuts. Order missing donuts. Sandwich burnt. I don't mind a little but if it tastes burnt... Which it does... Don't send it out! Like c'mon do you really expect me to order here again? Also in your own app it doesn't say there is any charge for increasing tomatoes. In the receipt it does. What the heck.

We have ordered Tim's from the mobile app from this location a couple of times since my last review. The staff managed to get both orders ? accurate and the food was hot and fresh. I would like to think my review and contacting Tim Hortons directly had an impact on this improvement. It's a nice thought the Tim's listens to be it's customers Thank you for the improvement. I have two bad experiences at this location in the matter of three days. On Sunday Mar 11th I put in a mobile order for delivery for $39.60 at 7pm. We ordered a dozen donuts, 50 timbits and 4 drinks. 10 min after making the mobile I received a phone call from the staff stating the did not have 4 apple fritters, 3 Boston cremes, 2 honey crullers, 2 chocolate glazed donuts and 1 double chocolate. Nor the 50 timbits. They asked if we still wanted the drinks. 2 hours before close and they don't have their most popular donuts in stock lol? Now they can't cancel the order online or at the store so I had to put a request to get a refund. They sent me 17 duplicate emails cancelling the wrong amount. $11.78 short. After several emails they agreed to give the full amount refunded in 7-10 business days. The second incident was on Sunday March 13 at about noon. We ordered 3 belts and a wrap. Two belts with sausage one with bacon. A dozen donuts and 4 drinks. This was for $68.64. The order came and the driver didn't bring one of the sausage belts. The sandwich maker didn't catch a line quantity of two. I called the store and long story short my only option was to go to the store to have it made and pick it up. While I was there I took a picture of the glass baked goods glass enclosure at about 1215pm. You can clearly see there isn't much stock. It also helps to explain the March 11th issue. This store is the main delivery hub for our area. Online via the app it won't allow us to order delivery from any other location. So bottom line is if I want it done right only option is to pick up your order at a location that takes pride or you can't check it for accuracy.
