β β β β β I would give 0 starts if I could. The festive buckets werenβt such a good deal. They gave us oil soaked chickens. If youβre trying to re-fry to make it hot again, at least do it right!!! Lol wait for it to be crunchy not oil-drenched. The gravy tasted like water! Mann, even the gravy?
The travel, money, wait-time and food are not worth it.
The staff also had an attitude while we ordered so nicely. Very rude!
Go somewhere else, and you might get lucky.

β β β β β One of the better customer servers here. We ask for well-done fries and well done chicken. It's called double dip or double fry which we did not know. Chicken was fresh and very crispy. The gravy was not too salty perfectly seasoned. They gave us plates and a lot of sauce such as ketchup and hot sauce. Very, accommodating at this location. Definitely will go back for fried chicken here.

β β β β β If you like cold chewy chicken this is the place for you. It is far from the first time the food has been sub par here but i guarantee it is the last time for me. I think the bag it came in would have been better, the "famous" chicken sandwich was less than a half inch thick, cold, and chewy. If the kids chicken strips were any colder and chewy i would accuse them of taking them right from the fridge. I wish i could give 0 stars i strongly recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money.

β β β β β 2 hours for delivery only to arrive so cold the fries donβt warm up with warmish gravy. Tried to call for at least a partial refund only to get voicemail recording βbusyβ same recording I got when I called to inquire why it was taking so long. I called the 1800 number for online orders, these people are just as helpful as the recording. Lesson learned.....no more dirty bird

β β β β β It's KFC. They did a good job on the food, exactly what I ordered. Fries could've been crispier, but once again, fast food. Overall the team was friendly on the front end, restaurant was clean (including bathrooms), and food was what I was looking for. If you are hankering Kentucky fried chicken, this location does well.

β β β β β The food was disgusting and the gravy was runny and watery. I complained but all they gave me was a coupon for a small popcorn chicken. I called the store today and asked for a refund and the lady said we could only have a refund if we brought in the food. We had already thrown it out so she said we could speak to her manager only for it to beep and then hang up. Iβll never order from here again.

β β β β β Thereβs ALWAYS missing items from my orders ALWAYS. Apparently Itβs okay if you pay for your food and they donβt give you exactly what you ordered, but if youβre $0.01 short on your order theyβll chase you to the moon for it. NEVER ordering from ThievesFC ever again.

β β β β β Placed an online order for pickup, I was there on time to pick it up, took over 25 mins past the pickup time until my order was ready, constantly being told over & over '5 more minutes, 5 more minutes'. They forgot part of my order had I not checked I would have gotten home missing items plus the fries were cold ?
Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, definitely not going back there myself, very poor & extremely slow service.
