★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. 18 minutes later my food was ready and my poutine had 10 fries in it total. I paid 6$ for the poutine for it to not even be halfway full I went back to ask for my money back, but there was a very long line so decided not to stay. Disappointed and waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The screen say : « sides » and there is 4 choice, oignon ring, fries, poutine and mozzarella sticks. I ask for the cheese sticks and i’m told they dont do that here.... had to buid my own « combo » to have the cheese sticks... and of course was overpriced....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely ignorant employees, was harassed and yelled at by a woman demanding to see some heath card from my doctor saying I had a medical exemption to not wear a mask. Completely rude, I ended up leaving she would not take my order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly one of the worst managed places I've ever been too, they don't put enough staff , the staff they do have on is too inexperienced The wait time is horrible, They open late and close early which is ridiculous for a 24 hour Location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will literally schedule only 2 employees during busy times so it will literally take 27 min to get your order. Workers work at a regular pace but I don’t blame them, management shouldn’t be so idiotic and should schedule more employees rather than try to save a couple dollars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought they were very busy. But as I watched the people in the back and at the front I realized they are all just really bad at their job. I've never seen such slower workers, it was actually astonished. Might have been some of the worst service I've ever had. They were the usual fast food rude which is ok, but it was the speed, the speed at which they did everything was unbelievable. I honestly can't even say how bad the speed was. And then once I got my small meal, it was a completely different meal. I'm not even mad I'm just so surprised someone could move that slow.
