★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service! I was in town visiting from southern Ontario and the hunger pains started. Came across this familiar franchise so decided to tame the munchies. Was served by a very professional fellow named Todd. I wanted something different and he suggested the Pizza Melt, never had it before...best sub I've ever had. Everyone is so friendly here. Highly recommend this location ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to grab something for the road. Stopped in because it's usally quick. I get people can be short tempered and loose patents. We all have bad days. Never understood why something as simple as ordering a sub could be so stressful! Even when staff is doing there best. Customers should give the respect and not be little the server just to make them selves feel better.... So to all the people working in the service industry. I appreciate you! Thanx for showing up and doing ur job. Being friendly and polite even though some days it's really hard to keep bitting ur lip under ur mask...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad when certain workers are there. Otherwise, staff are not attentive at all, or have been extremely rude. It’s pretty sad when you ask to get something on your sandwich, and you get told you can’t because it will “mess up the inventory”. Items are meant to be bought, account for them at the end of the night. It’s lazy excuses for not wanting to get something from the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one in stonewall is apparently not safe and you can get sick, my aunty used to work there and the vegetables after being cut are only supposed to be left out for 48-72 hours anymore and you have to throw them out.
My aunt showed up for work one day and the vegetables were covered in a whole bunch of food, so she was about to throw them out like she's supposed to. Just before she threw them out her boss walked in and yelled at her to put the food back in the slot for the vegetables and she doesn't care if there moldy just serve them to the customers or pick the moldy ones out, so she picked them out. But that doesn't erase the fact that her boss was about to serve moldy food to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good grief. Whoever the manager is , pls get it together. Two new girls working through the dinner rush with one gal that knew what she was doing. What should have taken five minutes took twenty. If service is going to be that slow ,that your food is cold, there should be a discount. And then handling money then handling food. I am pretty patient with new young staff but this was bad.
