★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I start...this Subway and the Stonewall location I do not recommend going to unless you don't have another option. All the other poor reviews are spot on and the 5 star ones must be lying, be written by an employee's friend or just happened to have a good experience which is hard to believe. I go to these subways at least once a week if not more and just about every time now is a dreadful experience. In addition I am celiac so Subway offering gluten free bread was a life changer for me as it's hard to find a place to stop and get some quick food. However, that is if they have any GF bread in stock. Just about every time I have had to instruct their employees on how to prepare our food and enter it in the till and i have never worked for subway. Both locations are owned by the same guy and it is now obvious as they are both run to the same poor standards. It must just be a side thing for him as he obviously doesnt care enough to make a change. Me and my wife are now boycotting these locations at all costs, until something changes and I'm not holding my breath on that. I wish there was a way to give this review no stars as it doesn't even deserve a 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside the restaurant is very clean and new. CAREFUL entering, the potholes in the gravel parking lot are so big you can break an axle. Manager very rigid doesn't allow substitutions on the panini. They don't change the parchment paper on the Panini machine which looks unsanitary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Stony Mountain Subway is very similar to the Stonewall Subway other than it being a bit smaller. Food was good, service was good and the drink was good too. The only complaint I have is a couple tables were covered in crumbs. Hence the 4 star rating. I think that they should be cleaned as soon it's not being used. But the issue still very avoidable. Just choose another seat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not following any subway rules. I am a regular customer of subway. I eat every second or third day. But this subway store is trying to save their money by not putting enough quantity of meat. I know what the regular quantity looks like, so definitely they are just trying to do these cheap tactics to save money which is not professional. It felt like I was only eating veggies and a bread.
An old lady was trying to tell the employee to put less chicken when I was standing there, So its the owner and their guidance at fault.
Definitely not going again to this store.
