★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is well known Tim Hortons will be very busy at most of the times, as a truck driver who is visiting this .place pretty often I can say the services are very slow fr9m a very long time, you guys should do something about it, I cannot wait 15 min to get my coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee working at Burger King whose name was Jesse had provided very bad customer service. In fact he messed with my order and he didn’t ask me to make any combos and when I asked to him he charged me separately for all items which cost me much more than having a combo meal. I asked to make the changes but he treated me in a rude manner. It was disgusting service from that employee rather than that the place was good and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience at the popeyes here today. 32 minute wait just in line to order. After ordering it was another 14 minute wait to get my food. A total of 46 minutes waiting for food that ended up being horrible.
They were out of nuggets, so I comprised and ordered MILD chicken strips, only to get to the truck and realize they’re spicy, not mild. Food was cold, staff were super slow moving, and overall super disappointed. I understand it’s busy, and I sympathize with the staff, but this is an on route location. People are trying to get where they need to go, not wait 46 minutes for fast food. Management needs to get their stuff together with this location.
Would have been faster to go to the Trenton location. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You’ve been to one you’ve been to them all! I never know the difference sometimes! The layout is nearly identical. I’ve never had issues with any ONroute service centre. Has everything you need!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very relaxing stop on my way home. Quiet, short lines, friendly service. Remarkably clean. Coffee was quick and delicious from Tim’s and everyone was masked up or distanced while eating. Overall a very well managed establishment and I was pleasantly surprised.

Clear signs for one-way traffic and hand sanitizer available upon entry. Good COVID protocol, but no one check if customers wear mask and I have seen many people came in without mask on and put on their mask after they got inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing ONtoute stop! Stopped in on the way home from a Montreal road trip and it was a pretty decent selection of road food. It was fairly busy and yet we didn’t have to wait longer than 10 mins for our food. Clean location with easy access to the things you need while on the road for long periods of time.
