★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff inside the convenience store are nice and friendly, quite literally the best thing about this Esso station. But the lack of signage regarding the carwash/truck wash is extremely annoying since they have no signs anywhere stating operational hours for said carwash/truck wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash is good. However not all of the bays have vacuums which is really really annoying. If you try and reverse and find one that has a vacuum the man gets really ticked at you. Needs to learn some manners and customer service as he generally just glares at people constantly whilst you are washing your car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went specifically to vacuum, waited to get in. Two teenagers rinsing the floor and one working vacuum. They shrug and say they’re out of order. The guy who came after me got the one working vacuum so I’d be forced to wait again. The kid told me “just depends on who leaves first I guess”. Called the girl at the desk she didn’t know what to do and I had to suggest all the communication methods available for her to let her boss know. She was a snippy and said she can’t do anything. She said she’d leave a note but that’s about it.
