Having to prepay now, paper signs on pumps blowing away in wind as litter
Window wash always empty
Inattentive staff, will make you wait while doing who knows what on phone or paper. Staff unable to communicate clearly or effectively in english.
It's a real shame. Place used to be great and ultra convenient and well staffed
