★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They close whenever they decide, don’t go by the listings shown online for hours, as who knows if they will be open when you get there so hopefully you don’t go out of your way to get there. Arrived at 10:51pm and the attendant who was still there said over the PA “we are now closed”. Online says it’s open until midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the pump at 10:55pm on friday and I knocked the door, she saw me and run towards the office. She shut down the lights and went out at 11:00pm and told me that it is close, go to mcphillips stations. The way of she talk was disrespectful and it was happened with me before by same location same employee. One of the worst experience I have ever had at Shell Gas stations. I will never come to this location again and told my friends not too go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had issues with this gas station before as well so I really don’t want to go there but today just I went there because it’s close to my house so that’s why I went but it’s still the same I don’t know what is wrong with the staff. Some this is wrong the staff is so rude I don’t think they are willing to work there. They don’t even know the meaning of the customer service. Like I don’t even have words to explain. They don’t even know how to talk to a customer and if you ask for the manager they are replying that “they don’t have a manager. We just have a owner you can leave you phone number and he will give you call” but one calls or anything. I am not going to go on this gas station ever like ever this is worse experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there first time, worst customer service I even seen in my life. Girl on the front desk was very rude. I asked her politely regarding drinks literally she replied me very rudely. Even I saw she is not misbehaving with me, did same thing with others too. Literally she needs to learn how to talk with customers. I dont want to mention his name here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please make sure to check your receipt when going to this shell. 2 girls working last night, I asked if they had wipes for the inside of windows, they say no… but I continued to look and found the wipes, went up to the counter to pay and said you do have them.. she got snippy and said we didn’t hear that’s what u wanted..I proceeded to ask for a hot chocolate with my my order.. she asked if I wanted a lottery ticket.. I say no…paid for my order and went over to get my hot chocolate… I was thinking that what I paid seemed a little high so I looked at the receipt… I was charged for $1 online… I asked why did you charge me for $1 online lottery? She grabs the receipt, says nothing.. processed a refund if $1 and hands me a loonie… as someone who works auditing transactions like this and the way the girl reacted, I am sure they are doing this often…$1 extra on transactions customers won’t notice, but if they are doing this to many customer’s a shift, it makes it quite profitable of theft…
