Excellent service from Nick, took his time to explain all the features of the the cars we had in mind. To our surprise we were able to test drive all three with out an appointment. The only negative, if you can call it that, all the cars we test drove were automatics, we are looking to buy a standard. However the model of Civic we are going to purchase does come standard. Another great feature of the All Honda's is the amount of standard features. As well if you are a serving member of the Forces or retired military you get $500 off as a thank for your service. As someone who never enjoyed purchasing a vehicle from dealerships due to past experiences I must say dealing with Brockville Honda has been different. A combination of pricing, service and knowledge has made them my go to dealership for future cars for sure. So I highly recommend them. Dan Cook was fantastic at explaining all the options on the vehicle and wasn’t aggressively pushing for the sale. Over all I am glad I drove in from Ottawa to deal with them. 10 STARS

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing the damage on my CRV. He has made my car whole again. My vehicle doesn't even look like it ran into a racoon. I would also like to thank service manager, Karen, for being so kind and patient with my situation. She was very knowledgeable and expedient helping me with the parts and scheduling the time for my vehicle. I have dealt with many service managers from other dealerships in the past and Karen is definitely the best! Come to think of it, the service managers I dealt with then are trash. Karen sets the bar as to what a service manager should be. I drove to this dealership from about 1.5 hours away as they had a vehicle (2019) traded in that I was interested in. After a negative experience with a local dealership I was leery of 'being treated like someone who didnt know anything about vehicles' (which on the contrary I do). I was introduced to Jason and the team and had a very pleasant experience. A few days later, we were able to discuss costs and my trade value (which I received a great value for) all through text message to make things easier in my busy life. A week after test drive I returned to the dealership to pick up my new truck. I was happily surprised by the efficiency and positive experience. The wonderful admin also had a surprise in store for me. She noticed that my trade vehicle plate surround was very badly faded (it said 'my dog is smarter than your honor student') and brought one she had from home brand new to place on my new truck. Although to some it is a small thing, it was such a great surprise for me! Sometimes its the little things that really make you smile that help! Everyone at the dealership was super nice and wonderful to deal with! Thank you for a pleasant experience! P.S. Being a dog friendly dealership is also a big bonus for foster homes like me! :)
