An absolute gem in the heart of downtown Brockville. A family run business that puts their clients needs first. They helped me out in a jiffy, after I called them out of the blue. I am now a customer for life. Looking forward to buying my future Jeep Grand Cherokee from them soon. I feel these are people I can depend on.

Purchased a used truck and was really disappointed. The first couple days into ownership windows wouldn’t work. A/c would not turn on , truck was having a hard time starting, multiple oil leaks. Had to take it to a dealer because it wouldn’t run properly. Major repair bill and no help from Beattie. They didn’t stand by their vehicle. Please beware. The used vehicle side of this business will leave you in a tight spot. Just wanted them to own the negligence and cover a portion of the bill. Didn’t happen, lots of lip service. I had high hopes for them and was ultimately let down.

Booked an appointment for a recall repair. After 5 business days they had not received the part. This would not have been problematic except they did not contact me to postpone the appointment. I waited 45 minutes after an hour and a half drive to be told they couldn't do the work and I would have to rebook.

Being a new first time customer to Beatties for our Dodge Ram, it was our hope that we were going to deal with honesty and trustworthiness. That was not the case unfortunately! We got our truck back with the understanding that the issue had been resolved only to find out after 5 minutes of driving that the same issue was still there. Did they even test drive it? I we had paid $1300. Took it back to be told that it was something else even when the computer told them that was the issue in the first place. Paid $1500. again for that after some discussions. What has put me over the top is that we asked for them to put on a new gas cap!!!! $45 we were charged!!! $45!!!!! BTW that same basic gas cap cost me $11. a month ago at a parts store!! It doesn’t even have the cord that attaches to the car! I will never ever go back to this company! I suggest you beware when using this company!
